We are availability 7 days a week for our tenants and 24/7 by phone, in order to keep a good relationship between the Landlord and tenant, which results in better service and a much higher rate of renewals from tenants.

OUR SERVICES INCLUDE: Physical Property Management Services: - Regular site inspections and periodic in home inspections.

Administrative Management Services: - Market and Advertise your unit(s) or home(s).
- Showing, interviewing and screening prospective tenants (At no additional cost).
- Executing lease agreements and expiditing Condo/HOA applications on be half of the tenant and owner (At no cost property owner).

- Enforcement of delinquent rent and conducting collection of debt in compliance with Florida statute 559 and Chapter 475.
- Extensive experience in dealing with the operation and managment of condominiums and Homeowner Associations and their policys on implementation and enforcement of the Community Document Maintenance of Association files, residents/lessee's, legal documents, and correspondence.
